- Ensure the power in your room is on by inserting your key card in the unit by the main door.
- Activate the air conditioning unit through the touch panel.
- Select your comfort levels through the listed icons and amend the temperature to your preference.
Please note the air conditioning will not operate if the balcony door remains open.
- Cooling mode: In this mode, cooling will be activated as required by the set point
- Heating mode: In this mode, heating will be activated as required by the set point.
- Dry mode / de-humidification: Temperature and fan speed are automatic with this mode and cannot be controlled.
- Fan only mode: In this mode, air circulates without heating or cooling.

Veranda Bar & Terrace
- The Veranda Bar & Terrace is situated on the ground floor next to the lobby.
- The bar is a modern space to unwind or mingle with a drink with indoor or outdoor seating options.
- Offering an extensive drinks menu, from signature cocktails to aperitif’s, The Veranda Terrace is perfect for evening al fresco drinks on the streets of Old Town Gibraltar.
Roof Top Pool
- Located on the 8th floor adjacent to Our Rock Salt Restaurant
- Soak up the Mediterranean sun at our Roof Top Pool, with a spacious lounge and seating area surroundings the pool, it offers a peaceful oasis, the perfect spot for an evening cocktail with friends and family.
Solarium
The Solarium is located on the 9th floor, offering guests the best location to soak up the Gibraltar sun. Featuring sun loungers, the Solarium is the perfect spot for sunbathing during the day and watching the sunset across Gibraltar’s Old Town in the evening.
Please be aware that Sun Loungers cannot be pre-reserved.

- A laundry bag is at your disposal in the wardrobe. We offer a 24 hour laundry service with same day delivery if dropped in before 8am.
- You will find an iron and ironing board in your wardrobe and a hairdryer is located in your table drawer.
- Mattress toppers can be removed upon request.
- Contact reception to request an alternative pillow or for further information.
- Should pillows be removed from the bedrooms, we deem this to be a purchase and the card on file will be charged £100.

Your safety is our priority. Our management team are continuously monitoring our safety measures to ensure your well-being and peace of mind come first when staying at The Eliott.
Fire safety:
- A routine Fire Bell Test sounds @2pm every Friday.
- In the event of a fire, the closest fire escape route is noted on the back of the door. Fire Exit Doors are located at either end of the corridor. Do not use lifts in the event of fire.
- The Fire Assembly point is located in the car park at the front of the hotel.
- Should you require assistance in the event of an emergency, please speak with a member of our team to ensure we can evacuate you safely from the building.
