From Gibraltar Airport
The Eliott Hotel is located 2 km from Gibraltar Airport. The quickest way is to take a taxi from the front of the terminal. The ride takes 5-10 mins approximately and costs £6-10, with payment made directly to the driver.
By Car
The Eliott is located just off the Main Street, there is a public car park with preferential rates for our residents available adjacent to the hotel, located only a short walk from the Eliott.
There is a daily fee of £16 for day parking, however you do not need to reserve the space in advance. Please contact our Reception team on arrival to the hotel and they will happily guide you through the payment process.
Main Street
The Eliott Hotel is located on the quieter Governor’s Parade but right around the corner from Gibraltar’s pedestrianised Main Street.
The Main Street is a duty-free location so you will be able to shop for your favourite items including spirits, perfumes and jewellery, without worrying about the extra taxes. Shoppers can enjoy the best of international high street shopping brands, such as Tommy Hilfiger and Next, as well as local shops.
After shopping you can rest your feet, fuel your appetite in one of Main Streets many cafes, bars and restaurants, or back in the Eliott Hotel at our Rock Salt Restaurant or Veranda Terrace & Bar!
Nature Reserve Shuttle Bus
The Nature Reserve Shuttle Bus connects Marketplace with Queen’s Balcony, offering convenient access to spectacular views, historic landmarks, walking routes and Gibraltar’s famous Barbary macaques. An optional return pick-up from Queens Road Picnic Area makes exploring the Upper Rock simple from start to finish.
